Schools & Groups

Bring a touch of adventure to learning. Gain confidence, learn new skills or find out more about the countryside.

We believe the countryside is an exciting, motivating place for learning.  Outdoor learning can be enjoyable, creative, challenging and adventurous and helps children and young people learn by experience and grow as confident individuals and responsible citizens.

Our staff are experienced in using outdoor learning in the delivery of a variety of curriculum areas and across a range of curriculum levels; working with pre-school children through to senior level.

Activities are carefully structured to provide progressive learning experiences across curriculum areas and where possible the core areas of literacy, numeracy and health & wellbeing are integrated into outdoor learning. And best of all, you get to learn in the fresh air.

During the year we often organise special schools events such as open days, forestry days and tree planting.
