Got a question about visiting Glenlivet? We’re here to help. Here you’ll find some of the most common questions our visitors ask us.
Where can I park?
Parking is available throughout Tomintoul village. You’ll find a large car park in the village centre as well as at Glenlivet Estate office. Limited parking is also available at the walking trail start points.
Does it cost to go to the visitor centre?
Admission to the visitor centre is free of charge and you’ll find plenty of leaflets about our walking and biking trails. Car Parking at the Estate office is also free and toilet facilities are available.
Can I park my car at the walking trails?
There is limited parking available at each of the walking trail starting points.
Where can I report my wildlife sighting?
The Ranger service is always keen to hear of wildlife sightings on the estate. Call in to the visitor centre and note down your findings on our whiteboard. Or you can check out our Facebook page and share your sighting there.
Where can I find out about guided walks and events?
Contact the visitor centre, check out our Facebook or see our events page.
Can I volunteer on the estate?
From time to time we do have opportunities to volunteer with us. Whether you want to build new skills, make new friends or just give something back. Please contact the office for details and keep an eye on our website.
Can I camp anywhere on the estate?
Wild camping is allowed but please follow the Scottish Outdoor Access Code at all times.
