Walking Trails
There is a variety of waymarked walking trails for your enjoyment on Glenlivet Estate, from gentle short strolls to longer hill walks. In addition there are a number of historic hill tracks and 'whisky roads'.
Please be aware that other users may also be on these routes, as some of the cycling and walking routes overlap and horse riders also use many of the estate tracks.
Waymarking
Update Nov 09 !
Our walks are currently being re-waymarked with new waymarking. The old waymarking of a small blue `G’ logo together with a walk number, is being replaced with blue circular discs featuring the walk name. Direction arrows are also used where appropriate.
Care is taken to ensure that waymarking is checked regularly, but markers can sometimes become dislodged by cattle and sheep and the descriptions included here are intended to provide more detail about the routes and to allow easier route planning. Most of the walks are circular, however they are only waymarked in one direction.
